EDUCATION
What is INADE?
Inade stands for INdustrial ADult Education and was developed as a European project between Italy and Germany. We unite experts in the Greentech sector with Academics in order to address common needs in the context of Megatrends like climate change, migration and digitalization, and through know-how exchange to create high-quality opportunities in education.
EU PRIORITIES

Improving the availability of high-quality learning opportunities
INADE merges German know-how in formal adult education, dual system, with Italian know-how in non formal/ informal education

Environment and fight against climate change
INADE acknowledges and raises awareness about the need of skilled workforce in the field of environment/ water management, addressing common needs in the field of adult education
The Water Sector
Providing clean water is essential, mening that those who work in water related jobs play a fundamental role; without them, people wouldn’t be able to access this precious resource. In most developing countries, water bodies remain under pressure from pollution sources, and Industry is a highly relevant stakeholder, handling 54% of the total use of water in human activities in the EU

The physicochemical quality of industrial waters when turned into waste water is in most cases degraded, and therefore requires proper treatment before being returned to the environment.
The concept of INADE is to improve the quality of information regarding environment-industrial water treatment/management, in order to have an increased sense of initiative and entrepreneurship. The project contributes to the creation of a strong network in GREENTECH, between, local, national and international stakeholders in the field of adult education and environment.
