Continuously improving methodologies in adult education is essential but it requires connected efforts, cross-border discussions, vigorous assessments.

With digitalisation, deepening globalisation and an aging population, the labour market is definitely changing. The extent to which individuals, companies and economies can harness the benefits of these changes critically depends on the readiness of people to develop new skills. Eventually companies depend on skilled people to be competitive.
